Hi I'm Anne Marie,

Welcome to the AntiHR Exit Strategy System

A step-by-step framework for documenting discrimination, protecting your leverage, and negotiating a strategic, paid exit from a hostile workplace.

If you’re here, chances are you already know something at work isn’t right — and you’re looking for clarity, not platitudes.

I created the AntiHR Exit Strategy System for employees who want to understand what’s happening, document it strategically, and make informed decisions about when — and how — to exit a discriminatory or hostile workplace. This is not about reacting emotionally or blindly trusting HR. It’s about preparation, leverage, and control.

Inside the system, you’ll learn how to recognize unlawful workplace behavior, document it with intention, and position yourself for a dignified, negotiated exit — without rushing to hire an attorney or making moves that cost you leverage.

You don’t have to stay stuck.
You don’t have to guess.
And you don’t have to navigate this alone.

Your next move starts here.

Who the AntiHR Exit Strategy System Is For
  • You know something at work isn’t right, but you don’t want to make a move that costs you leverage

  • You’re experiencing discrimination, retaliation, or a hostile work environment

  • You want to document strategically before speaking to HR or an attorney

  • You’re considering leaving — but want to do it on your terms, not theirs

Who This Is NOT For
  • People looking for legal advice or litigation support

  • Anyone hoping HR will “fix” the situation without strategy

  • Employees who want to act impulsively or emotionally

  • Those unwilling to document or prepare intentionally

What the AntiHR Exit Strategy System Helps You Do

  • The AntiHR Exit Strategy System is designed to help you make intentional, informed decisions about your workplace situation — before you make a move that costs you leverage.

  • Inside the system, you’ll learn how to:

  • Recognize when workplace behavior crosses into discrimination or retaliation — so you’re not second-guessing yourself or minimizing what’s happening.

  • Document workplace harm strategically, in a way that protects you and strengthens your position.

  • Understand when to speak up — and when not to, so you don’t tip your hand too early or trigger retaliation.

  • Position yourself for a dignified, paid exit, rather than being pushed out on the employer’s terms.

  • This system is not about reacting emotionally or hoping HR will intervene.
It’s about clarity, preparation, and leverage — so you can move forward with confidence.

Inside the AntiHR Exit Strategy System

  • The AntiHR Exit Strategy System is built around two integrated master-level trainings that work together to help you document discrimination, protect your leverage, and negotiate a strategic, paid exit from a hostile workplace.

  • These courses are intentionally designed to be completed together and are available only as part of the system.

Why I Built the AntiHR Exit Strategy System

I spent over two decades managing and overseeing human resources and am also a licensed attorney. Over and over, I watched employees lose leverage — not because they were wrong, but because they acted without strategy.

This system exists because HR is not designed to protect employees, and most people are never taught how to protect themselves before it’s too late.

The AntiHR Exit Strategy System is the framework I wish more people had before they walked into HR offices or signed separation agreements they didn’t understand.

What’s Included
  • Two comprehensive, execution-focused trainings

  • Practical frameworks based on real HR and legal experience

  • Strategic guidance designed for real-world workplaces

How to Ask for an Exit from a Discriminatory Hostile Workplace with Cash — and Actually Get It

This course focuses on strategy and positioning.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Recognize when a workplace has crossed into unlawful territory

  • Document discrimination and retaliation in a way that preserves leverage

  • Decide when and how to raise concerns

  • Frame an internal exit request strategically

  • Avoid the common mistakes that cost employees severance and negotiating power

This course is about preparation, timing, and leverage — not emotional reactions or blind trust in HR.

Mastering Separation Agreements: Securing Your Best Interests in Severance Negotiations

This course focuses on execution and protection once an exit is on the table.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Understand what separation agreements really mean (and what they don’t)

  • Identify red flags, hidden risks, and unfavorable terms

  • Evaluate severance offers beyond the dollar amount

  • Think strategically about negotiation — even without an attorney

  • Avoid signing agreements that limit your future unnecessarily

This course is about control, clarity, and informed decision-making at a critical moment.

Why These Courses Are Taught Together

  • Workplace exits are not linear.
What you do before an exit directly affects what you can negotiate after.

  • That’s why these trainings are offered exclusively as a system — not as individual courses. The AntiHR Exit Strategy System reflects how workplace power actually operates, not how employees are told it works.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Is this legal advice?

  • No. The AntiHR Exit Strategy System does not provide legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship. What it does provide is strategic education based on my experience managing HR for over 25 years and my background as a licensed attorney. The goal is to help you understand how workplace systems actually operate so you can protect your leverage and make informed decisions.

Do I need a lawyer before using this system?

  • Not necessarily. Many people use this system before speaking with a lawyer so they don’t walk into those conversations unprepared. The system is designed to help you document strategically, avoid common mistakes, and understand when legal counsel may — or may not — be necessary.

Is this only for people who are ready to quit their jobs?

  • No. This system is for people who know something isn’t right and want clarity before making a move. Some users stay longer. Some negotiate exits. Some leave quickly. The system helps you decide how and when — instead of reacting out of fear or frustration.

Can I use this while I’m still employed?

  • Yes — and that’s often when it’s most useful. The Exit Strategy System is designed to help you document and prepare while you’re still employed, so you don’t lose leverage by waiting too long or acting too soon.

Will this guarantee me a severance package?

  • No system can guarantee a specific outcome. What this system does is help you avoid the mistakes that cost employees leverage and show you how to position yourself for a negotiated, paid exit when one is possible. Outcomes depend on your specific situation, employer, and timing.

Is this helpful if I’m unsure whether what I’m experiencing is discrimination?

  • Yes. A major focus of the system is helping you recognize and assess workplace behavior before labeling it — so you can separate uncomfortable situations from potentially unlawful ones and respond appropriately.

How is this different from HR advice or online templates?

  • HR advice is designed to protect the employer. Generic templates don’t account for context, timing, or leverage. The AntiHR Exit Strategy System focuses on strategy, not compliance — and is built around how HR decisions actually get made behind the scenes/

How long will I have access to the system?

  • You receive ongoing access based on the terms listed at purchase. This is not a one-time watch-and-forget experience — it’s a resource you can return to as your situation evolves.

Is this right for me if my situation already feels urgent?

  • Possibly — but urgency is exactly why strategy matters. The system can help you slow down, assess risk, and avoid decisions that may hurt you long-term. If your situation is extremely time-sensitive, you may also want to explore consulting options or legal counsel alongside this system.

What if I’m overwhelmed or not sure where to start?

  • That’s normal. This system was built for people who feel overwhelmed but want clarity. You don’t need to know everything before you begin — you just need to be willing to approach your situation intentionally.

You don’t have to decide everything today — but you do need a strategy before you make your next move.
